Since orders have been passed in other matters which are identical in nature directing the IPGME&R to file a Report to the Registrar General of this Court, a similar direction may be given to IPGME&R in the present case. As recorded in the order dated 24th March, 2022, the petitioner, who otherwise satisfies the benchmark disability criterion of 40 per cent and above, shall be given provisional admission for the quota subject to the mental position of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner is already attending classes in the concerned College.
WPA 3587 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
The parties shall be at liberty of mentioning for appropriate orders after filing of the Report by IPGME&R.
