Ld. Advocate for the complainant/o.p. no.2 submits that he has no objection if the final report/report under section 173 cr.p.c., which has been filed before the ld. ACMM, Kolkata is accepted in connection with Jorabagan P.S.,Case No. 102 of 2021 dated 24.9.2022.

In view of the Memorandum of Evidence submitted and the consent given by the ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant/o.p. no.2, I direct that further proceedings of

Jorabagan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021 dated 24.9.2022 under sections 426/403/406/417/120B of the IPC pending before the ld. ACMM, Kolkata be hereby quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 633 of 2024 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
