And In Re : Avijit Sen @ Bulta ...... petitioner Mr. Dipanjan Chatterjee Mr. Tanmay Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Binoy Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ....for the State Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the statement of the victim of four years recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (DB) 594 of 2022 is dismissed.
