On hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties, on perusal of the materials on record and on onsidering the order dated 27.04.2026 passed by the alleged contemnor, it appears that the order of which violation has been alleged, being order dated 17.02.2025 passed in WPA 3125 of 2025, has been duly complied with by the alleged contemnor who had been directed to consider a representation.

The said representation has been duly considered and a reasoned order has been passed in respect of the said representation on 27.04.2026. 3.

As the said order has been duly complied with, the contempt proceedings be dropped.

WPCRC 44 of 2026 stands disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
