By this writ petition the writ petitioner sought for a direction upon the respondent/authorities to cancel the existing panel and to prepare a fresh panel for the post of auxiliary nursing midwifery.

The selection process was initiated in 2006 and panel was also prepared in 2006. By efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
