1. This matter has come up in the list at the instance of WEDNESDAY Court : CB-07 Item : DL-04 Bench : SINGLE Matter : WPA Status : CORRECTION ID : 266057 AR : NANDY the petitioner for rectification of certain typographical errors unintentionally crept in the order dated 26.03.2025. In the cause title of the order, the petitioner's surname has been wrongly appearing as 'Mondal' instead of 'Mandal'.

2. At this juncture Mr. Tapas Kumar Mandal, learned Advocate appears and submits that the set of lawyers shown to have been appeared for the State on 26.03.2025, is not correct rather he along with Mr. Swapan Kumar Datta, Ld. AGP represented the State on that day in the matter.

3. Taking such submissions of the learned Advocate for the respective parties made in good faith, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out since the mistakes are ministerial in nature.

4. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 26.03.2025.
