The petitioners' husband and father respectively died-inharness on 5th November, 2020. The petitioners prayed for a direction on the respondents to consider and dispose of the two representations made on 21st December, 2020 and 30th May, 2022 respectively. It is apparent from the submissions as well as the records that the respondents did not reply to any of the representations.

WPA 3765 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 being the West Bengal State Handloom Weavers Co-Operative Society Limited and its Managing Director to consider and dispose of the representations made by the petitioners by 26th May, 2023. The petitioners shall be heard by the concerned respondents and a copy of the reasoned order, which the respondents shall pass in consideration of the representations, shall be made available to the petitioners within 7 days from the date of passing of the reasoned order.
