The petitioner participated in selection process for the post of Group-C of a school in the year 2005. Though the panel was sent after the approval of the Managing Committee to the District Inspector of Schools, it was not approved. Now the petitioner has approached this court for publishing the panel and his service as a clerk.

This writ application has been filed in the year 2020 but the entire regime of appointment of Group-C changed in the year 2009. Therefore, I do not find any opportunity to grant any relief in this matter and I also find that this matter does not have any cause of action which can be adjudicated, keeping in mind the present Rules of Appointment of Group-C staff (clerk) and, therefore, this writ application is dismissed. No cost.
