Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain laches in this writ petition and accordingly, he prays for withdrawal the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate Court.

In light of the same, WPA 3601 of 2022 is dismissed with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate Court.

In view of dismissal of the writ petition, application being CAN 1 of 2023 is also disposed of.
