For the State The petitioner's grievance is that his agricultural land has been utilised by the State respondents for widening the canal adjoining his land and the land has neither been acquired nor any compensation has been paid to the petitioner for the same. The petitioner submitted a representation ventilating his grievance before the concerned Authority on 17th April, 2021 which is yet to be considered. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Upon hearing submission made on behalf of the parties and material on record the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 17th April, 2021 within one month from the date of communication of this order after affording

reasonable opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the Authority shall be communicated to petitioner within a week thereof. W.P.A. 3602 of is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
