Sri Biswanath Bera and others Mr. Nirmalya Kumar Das ... for the petitioner By this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur to dispose of the J. Misc. Case No.4 of 2014.

It appears from the orders appended to the civil revisional application that 12th March, 2025 has been fixed for evidence of PW 2.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application as well as the order of this court upon the opposite parties and the learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties in the learned trial court.

Taking note of the fact that J. Misc. Case has been fixed for evidence, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Tamluk (in-Charge), is requested to dispose of the J. Misc. Case No.4 of

2014 as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. CO 575 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
