Three persons suffered grievous hurt in an incident of assault. Sharp cutting weapons were used to inflict grievous hurt on all three injured. All the three injured implicate all the petitioners before us in such incident of assault. Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials in the Case Diary and involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 566 of 2024 is disposed of.
