The petitioner complains that he is in custody for more than seven years. He prays for bail on the ground of long detention.

Learned State Counsel tells us that the matter has been fixed for delivery of judgment by the learned Trial Court on April 9, 2025.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to pass any order on this application.
