Petitioner is aggrieved by the police excesses and to that effect representation was furnished before the concerned authorities and in spite of such representations being furnished no steps were taken which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court.

Records reflect that at least eight cases have been registered against the petitioner.

Petitioner complains of a road incident being staged by the private respondents. There are issues relating to return of the seized vehicles.

The report reflects that the police authorities were ready for releasing the said vehicle but no order-sheets were produced before the police authorities.

Be that as it may, so far as the issue relating to release of the vehicle is concerned, if the same has been released by the learned ACJM, Chanchal then, in that case, order-sheets be produced, police authorities would release the vehicle if till date the same has not been released. So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioner would be at liberty to canvas before the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the criminal cases.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3827 of 2025 is disposed of.
