Mr. Usof Ali Dewan Mr. Mehedi Masud ... for the petitioner Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee ... for the WBSEDCL It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of subsequent events which have transpired after the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the present writ petition.

On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that there is a techno-commercial feasibility issue insofar as grant of the electricity connection to the petitioner is concerned.

In view of the above, WPA 3856 of 2026 stands disposed of as infructuous.
