The inspection report filed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Uluberia signed on 24th June, 2024 mentions that spot enquiry was conducted and unauthorised construction detected both at the end of the petitioner and the private respondent.

The municipality is directed to take necessary steps to deal with the unauthorised construction in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
