The petitioner wanted transfer to any of the schools she selected in Utsashree Portal but she was not given the transfer because of some problem in her school. But now the problem and the dispute has been settled.

One order has been handed over by the learned advocate for the State which has the recommendation of transfer of teachers by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. The petitioner has been transferred to Jibantitala High School, which was selected by her in the Utsashree Portal. Therefore, the petitioner submits that there is no dispute as of now after getting this recommendation letter from the learned advocate for the State.

Therefore, this writ application is not required to be adjudicated further.

This writ application is disposed of as allowed.
