At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. Same situation prevailed on 29th September, 2022. However on 10th November, 2022 learned advocate appeared for the petitioner and prayed for accommodation to obtain instructions which was granted by this Court.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
