Ms. Debanwita Pramanik ..for the petitioner Mr. Sandipan Banerjee Mr. Ankit Sureka Mr. Sobhan Majumder ..for Howrah Municipal Corporation The petitioner submits that he made a prayer dated December 11, 2023 before the Commissioner, Howrah Municipal Corporation for demolition of an old structure at premises no. 28/5/1, Salkia School Road, Howrah and to further allow him to submit a fresh manual building plan under the applicable building rules.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that till date his representation has not been considered.

Without entering into the merit of the said representation, I dispose of this writ petition giving a direction upon the Commissioner, Howrah Municipal Corporation to consider the said representation dated December 11, 2023 in accordance with law within a

period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

The Commissioner shall hear the petitioner and all other concerned authorities before passing the order.

Accordingly, WPA 3886 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
