19.04.2024 CPAN 470 of 2023 in WPA 2076 of 2008 Mr. Bidhayak Lahiri Ms. Bhaswati Lahiri ...for the petitioner Mr. Anirban Mitra ...for the Union of India Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged ssi Ct 14 contemnors submits that by an order dated 01.04.2024 passed by the Division Bench in MAT No. 932 of 2023 and MAT No. 933 of 2023, it was recorded that prima facie no reason was found to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench. However, the appellants upon depositing a sum of Rs. 18 lakhs with the Ld. Registrar General within a period of three weeks from the date shall be entitled to stay of operation of the impugned order till disposal of the appeal.

Pursuant to this order, papers book have already been prepared and the sum of Rs. 18 lakhs has already been deposited in respect of the each of the appeals. The receipt for the same will be produced on the next date.

On his prayer, list this matter for hearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on 29.04.2024.
