Upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners and upon perusing the petition filed, this Court is of the view that the petitioners have been able to show sufficient ground for not being present on the date fixed on 07.02.2024, as well as ground for delay in filing this application for restoration. Thus, the delay in filing this application is condoned. The order dated 07.02.2024 passed in C.O. 446 of 2017 is recalled and C.O. 446 of 2017 restored to its original file and number.

5. The application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Let this matter appear after two weeks under the heading "Civil Revision".
