Mr. Atarup Banerjee Mr. Subhas Jana ......For the Petitioner Mr. Suman Dey Mr. Nilay Baran Mondal ......For the School Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that initially there was a problem of getting the noobjection certificate. She applied for transfer through Utsashree Portal but she was not getting the noobjection certificate. The no-objection certificate was sent by the school to the District Inspector of Schools. The District Inspector of Schools in turn sent the matter of transfer to the School Service Commission, which is now getting rest in peace with the School Service Commission.

I direct the School Service Commission to take a look into the matter and to pass an order of transfer, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible within ten days from the date of communication of the order. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application only for the purpose of selecting other schools for the reason that the schools selected by her

previously might have been filled up in the meantime. If those vacancies in the schools are not filled up, then the petitioner shall have liberty to include the not filled up schools in the application. The fresh application shall also be taken into account by the School Service Commission.

The entire exercise is to be completed by ten days from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the School Service Commission immediately. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
