Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident is due to disputes with regard to harvesting of crops.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. In particular he draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and submits that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1043 of 2022, is rejected.
