This Court, under such circumstances appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader to represent the State respondents, his appointment be regularized. A copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Basu Mallick.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the Subject Bengali at Rupasgori High School, Bagnan, District:

Howrah.

She was recommended for transfer to Ariadaha Monikuntala Balika Vidyalaya, Dakshineswar, Belghoria, District : Barrackpore but could not join as there is no vacancy in the subject of the petitioner in the said school.

The petitioner's application for rerecommendation for transfer is pending before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The Commission is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. WPA 3797 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
