1. Ms. Gopa Biswas, learned advocate appears for the petitioners, through virtual mode and submits that she has instructions to seek withdrawal of the writ petition. It is submitted that the writ petitioners have no further cause to proceed against the bank.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, WPA 3822 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
