The private respondents/daughters are represented before this Court. It is submitted that they are willing to take care of their father despite their past indiscretion.

The writ petitioner shall be escorted into the house by the Officer-in-Charge, Tamluk Police Station. Counsel for the daughters submits that they shall take care of their father. It is, however, submitted by the daughters that the petitioner still has relations with one Dilip Kumar Barik and his family.

It is made absolutely clear that no person from the family of Dilip Kumar Barik or Dilip Kumar Barik himself shall be entitled to enter into the said property. The Officer-in-Charge, Tamluk Police Station shall maintain regular vigil over the locale and ensure that there is no breach of peace and the petitioner and the private respondents are able to live peacefully. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Inspector-in-Chrage, Tamluk Police Station, Purba Medinipur dated 7th March 2022 is taken on record.
