The petitioner filed an application for transfer from her present school to another. Such application was filed on 01.12.2021. She is the single teacher in the school. In respect of single teachers conditions and embargo have been placed by virtue of a Government Order dated 22nd September, 2021.

In case of the petitioner, as her third application for transfer is to be guided by the said Government Order dated 22nd September, 2021, I direct the school to send the application forthwith to the District Inspector of Schools because the schools have no right to reject it or return it to the applicant.

After receiving the said application the District Inspector of Schools will make an endeavour for alternative arrangement. The District Inspector of Schools is given three months' time for making such endeavour and if by this time no alternative

arrangement is made, the District Inspector would intimate this in writing to the petitioner. However, if any alternative arrangement is made within this three months, the District Inspector of Schools will take steps following the said Government Order dated 22nd September, 2021.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
