Sri Tarakesh Chatterjee Contempt application being CPAN 193 of 2011 is taken up for hearing pursuant to the previous order dated 23rd December, 2021 when no one appears for the petitioners either physically or on virtual mode and no accommodation is prayed for though printed list has been published. Same situation prevailed on 23rd December, 2021.

It appears that the petitioners have lost interest. Contempt application being CPAN 193 of 2011 is dismissed.
