Mr. Anil Kumar Chattopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that his clients are not willing to proceed with the present civil revisional application. He, however, prays for a direction upon the learned Trial Jude for expeditious disposal of the connected suit.

In view of the aforesaid stand of the petitioners, C.O. 482 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed.

The 2nd Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baruipur, District 24-Parganas (South) is requested to expedite the disposal of the Title Suit No. 64 of 2016.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties as early as possible.
