Petitioners are aggrieved by the unnecessary interference and disturbance at the behest of the private respondents in peaceful enjoyment of his property. It has been further alleged that inspite of Canning Police Station case no. 148 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024 having been registered for investigation and subsequent steps being taken by the police authorities by drawing up proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and/or under Section 126 of BNSS. The private respondents are pursuing their illegal activities. Report has been submitted by the State. Report is enclosed with the earlier order passed by this Court in WPA 4740 of 2024.

In case inspite of the steps of the police authorities, the private respondents are pursuing their illegal activities and are bend upon to violate any law and order the police authorities and/or the present petitioners

would bring the same to the notice of the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate, learned Magistrate would modify the order of condition of bail so granted and impose condition upon the accused persons to stay outside the jurisdiction of Canning Police Station. With the aforesaid observations WPA 3845 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
