To that effect there is objections raised by the petitioner. However, submissions as made on behalf of the alleged contemnor is not supported by any report. Let a report to that effect, be filed tomorrow.

Let a copy of the contempt application be served upon the learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor, during the course of the day, which shall be treated as a completed service upon the alleged contemnor.
