1. The writ application has been preferred praying for consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2023. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that by an order dated 20.07.2023, a Single Bench of this Court in WPA 16344 of 2023 directed the authority concerned to consider the said application.

2. It is now submitted that in spite of such direction the representation has not been disposed of till date.

3. The Learned Counsel for the State has placed a report which includes an order dated 08.02.2024 wherein, it appears that the petitioner's representation has been duly considered in compliance to the order of the Hon'ble Single Bench, in the order dated 20.07.2023.

4. Let the report be kept with the record.

Considering the said facts, it appears that the said representation has already been considered and a reasoned order has been passed. As such, the writ application having no merit stands dismissed.

5. A copy of the reasoned order be served upon the petitioner.

6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand dismissed of consequently.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
