For the Respondent No. 12 Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that although a title suit is pending between the petitioners and the private respondent and an order of status quo was granted by the trial Court, the Government Authorities have purchased the plot in question from the private respondent upon execution of a deed of sale. In the writ petition the petitioners prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Authorities to rescind, withdraw and

cancel the purported letter dated 25th February, 2022 intimating execution of sale deed to the Block Development Officer, Kalna II , Development Block, Purba Burdwan.

In view of the fact that the deed of sale has admittedly been executed during the pendency of the writ petition, the prayers in the writ petition has become redundant and the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the writ petition any further for the aforesaid reasons.

In view of the same, the writ petition being W.P.A. 3637 of 2022 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
