It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the head of the Institution has forwarded the petitioner's application to the D. I. of Schools(SE) and the D. I. of Schools(SE) has forwarded the said application to the School Service Commission. The Commission shall take a suitable decision in the matter preferably within ten days from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
