The petitioner seeks transfer.

She was appointed in February 2021. On the date of making the application seeking transfer, the petitioner did not complete the 5 years' mandatory tenure required for filing application seeking transfer. 3.

In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner seeking direction upon the authority for consideration of her application for transfer cannot be allowed. 4.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

It will however be open for the petitioner to apply afresh for transfer in accordance with law.
