By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question which has been filed on 23th April, 2015 as appears from page 26 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 3870 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
