This application for cancellation of bail was preferred in respect of an order dated 12.10.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 526 of 2018 and the consequential order dated 15.11.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in connection with Burrabazar Police Station Case No. 45 of 2018 dated 13.02.2018.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case.

None appears for the petitioner.

However, learned advocate for the accused/opposite party nos. 2 to 4 is present.

Having regard to the issues which have been canvassed and the consequential change of circumstances by submission of the charge-sheet, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference in respect of the orders which were passed more than three years ago.

Accordingly, CRM 1570 of 2019 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
