The revisional application is listed today for hearing. Mr. Sekhar Basu, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that though petitioner had filed this application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of the proceeding in connection with Kolaghat Police Station Case No. 767 of 2015 under Section 420/406/120B/506 of the IPC giving rise to G.R. Case No. 3518 of 2015 pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, Tamluk, the Investigating Officer has submitted final report in the case on the death of the defacto-complainant and the same has been accepted by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur by his order dated 28.1.2021, under such circumstances the petitioner is not inclined to
proceed further with this revisional application which has become infructuous.
Heard learned advocates for the parties.
Perused the photocopy of the order dated 28.1.2021 produced before the Court. Let the same be kept with the record. In view of such subsequent occurrence, the revisional application is disposed of for non-prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
All connection applications are disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk for information.
