Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has filed a short affidavit today in Court affirmed on August 20, 2025, the same is taken on record. Annexure R-3 at page 11 to the said affidavit is a representation of the petitioner dated August 1, 2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instruction, submits the said representation is in the process of serious consideration of the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed a letter dated August 21, 2025 written by the petitioner to him, a copy is taken on record.

In view of the above and since the said representation of the petitioner dated August 1, 2025 is under consideration, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

The respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated August 1, 2025 in accordance with law and shall intimate the result of it with supporting reasons to the petitioner but positively within a period of four weeks from date. If the petitioner is further aggrieved with the said reasoned decision to be taken by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 he shall be free to take recourse in accordance with law.

It is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merit of the allegations and counter allegations of the parties.

Accordingly, this writ petition W.P.A. 3884 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
