This is an application filed by the plaintiff in Title Suit No.193 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar praying for disposal of the two interlocutory applications as also the title suit expeditiously. Records reveal that two applications, namely, one under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure and an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure have been pending before the learned Court below. The matter has been pending since 2019 and the learned Advocate prays for disposal of the said application.

Without going into the merits of the claim and counterclaim of the parties, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar to dispose of the applications, as stated hereinabove, within a period of three months from the next date fixed by the learned Court below.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within seven days.

This revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
