In spite of service none appears on behalf of the respondents except the respondent No. 1.

Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Managing Director, The Bhagirathi Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Limited/respondent No. 7, in considering the representation of the petitioners made on 25th August, 2021 for parity in the 'Grade Pay'.

It appears that the petitioners have also filed reminder on 3rd January, 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of his case and submission of the parties this writ petition

being WPA 3828 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 7 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioners, dated 25th August, 2021, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and interested parties or their authorized representatives, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and shall communicate his decision to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter.
