This is the fifth application at the behest of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the person from whom the alleged recovery of fake currency was made was not charge-sheeted.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order of rejection. Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
