This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners praying for quashing of Judgment and order passed by Learned 3rd Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah in C-732 of 2005 and the order for issuing fresh warrant of arrest against the petitioners. In compliance with order dated 24.06.2022 Learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) caused service of notice upon petitioner nos.1 and 2 and also upon opposite party through concerned police stations. The report is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that his clients are not inclined to proceed with this revisional application any further and the same may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
