Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that the opposite party seeks to contest the restoration application by filing opposition. In view of the submission, the opposite party is directed to file affidavit-in-opposition to the restoration application within two weeks from date; affidavit-in-reply thereto, if any, be filed within a week thereafter. Let the matter appear for hearing of the restoration application on August 5, 2022.
