The representation of the petitioner praying for higher scale of pay was forwarded by the Madrasah on 14th October, 2017 to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Paschim Medinipur.
The petitioner alleges that the same has not been considered till date.
The petitioner during his service tenure acquired the higher qualification and accordingly, prays for higher scale of pay.
As it appears that the prayer of the petitioner praying for higher scale of pay is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Paschim Medinipur, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of higher
scale of pay on enhancement of his educational qualification, strictly in accordance with the relevant rules, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the request dated 14th October, 2017 made by the Madrasah to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Paschim Medinipur along with all other necessary documents in support of his claim to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
