1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has filed one report and the same be kept with the record.
2. From the record, it appears that several occasions administrative notice was issued to ensure attendance of the petitioners but no result was yielded.
3. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private opposite party no.2 has submitted that warrant was issued by the Trial Court against all the petitioners on 21st September, 2021.
4. None appears on behalf of the petitioners today on call.
5. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
7. Connected applications stand dismissed.
8. Learned Trial Court is requested to take all necessary steps to ensure the attendance of the accused before him and to take recourse of issuing proclamation, if necessary, and also to proceed with the case accordingly.
9. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
