The petitioner's application for intradistrict transfer on general grounds, has been turned down by the Head, Islampur South Circle.

The Head of the Islampur South Circle shall furnish sufficient reasons for not considering the petitioner's application for transfer and forward the same to the DPSC, Uttar Dinajpur.

The Chairman, DPSC, Uttar Dinajpur shall take appropriate decision thereon, within one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

4.

The aforesaid procedure shall be carried out offline and strictly in terms of applicable rules.

5.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
