1. This contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of an order of status quo, which was passed on 2nd December, 2015. Though the contempt application was filed in the year 2020, no steps were taken by the applicants to move the contempt application.

2. Therefore, the best course open is to give liberty to the applicants to seek for an early hearing of the appeal viz. M.A.T. 564 of 2015.

3. With the above observation, contempt application stands disposed of.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
