By the order dated November 14, 2021, the submissions on behalf of the State with regard to dealing with the police in respect of the criminal complaint were recorded. The writ petition was disposed of. No directions were issued to any of the authorities to act in any particular way.

In such circumstances, the question of any contemnor acting in violation of such order does not arise. CPAN 130 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
