The application was taken up on 15th December, 2023 when the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that he intends to file supplementary affidavit enclosing the documents which could not be filed at the time of preferring the revisional application.

Today when the revisional application has been filed, a further accommodation has been sought for.

Records reflect that charge-sheet was filed in connection with Garfa Police Station Case No. 8 of 2021 dated 06.01.2021.

Having regard to the fact that the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. are not enclosed along with the present revisional application wherein charge-sheet has been submitted, I direct the petitioners to approach the

learned Trial Court at the stage of consideration of charges.

Learned Trial Court will consider such application under Section 239 or 227 Cr.P.C. in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made by this court.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 568 of 2023 is disposed of.
